ENTER THE WILD

Val Gall is an outstanding photographer who specialises in capturing Scottish Wildlife at her countryside home in Perthshire. The diverse and uniquely Scottish characters are documented in their natural habitat and their majesticity comes across in these fantastic artworks. Gall has a brilliant eye for movement and shape and her extensive technical abilities mean these animals are celebrated, with the photographs providing unique insights into the lives of some of Scotland's most beautiful, beloved and dominant species.

Each photograph in the first collection by Gall is carefully selected from her large oeuvre and is part of a collection of ten artworks. The artworks are Limited-Edition, exclusive to Solu and only twenty-five editions are created of each photograph in each collection.

These photographs are printed to order and mounted with a signature, edition number and are accompanied with a certificate of authenticity.

VAL GALL

Val Gall is a hugely talented Scottish Wildlife Photographer based on an estate in the wild countryside of Perthsire in the Scottish Highlands.  Having worked in forensic medical & veterinary research, and as a consultant ecologist, photography has always been a passion for Val.

My love of photography has evolved through my deafness. I can do it anytime, in any weather both on my doorstep, literally, or in far flung destinations. I never know what I will see & every outing is different for light, species & interactions.

Val is involved with a number of different organisations from the Scottish Wildlife Trust to The David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage in Nairobi. With a particular love and interest in Ospreys, Val has captured these birds in Scotland before following to their winter territories in Gambia and Senegal to name but a few locations.
